Tanzania: Govt Trains 1,000 On Fish Farming in Kagera Region

Dodoma — SOME 4,200 infant fish of the perege and mud fish (kambale) species have been produced and distributed to farmers in Kagera Region, Deputy Minister for Livestock and Fisheries Development, Mr Benedict Ole Nangoro, said.

He was responding to a question from Conchesta Rwamlaza (Special Seats-Chadema), who had wanted to know what plans the government had to empower fish farmers in Kagera Region.
