Nigeria: Ogun Speaks On Land Ceded to Lagos

Abeokuta — Ogun State government has broken its silence on the 500 hectares of land allegedly acquired by Lagos State government in Egua in Yewa North Local Government Area of the state, explaining that its counterpart paid N5 million for the land.

It also disclosed that Lagos State government had been barred from constructing residential building, but can only use the land for agricultural purpose and that only indigenes must be employed to avoid revocation of the allocated lands.
