Gambia: Two Arraigned for Alleged Criminal Offences

Jerreh Kujabbi and Alimatou Colley were Monday arraigned before Magistrate Secka of the Brikama Magistrates' Court, charged with conspiracy to commit misdemeanor, criminal trespass and forcible retainer.

Count one of the charge sheet read that the accused persons, Jerreh Kujabbi and Alimatou Colley, between 8 April 2012 and May 2013, at Kafuta village, Kombo East, West Coast Region, conspired among themselves and forcefully occupied the compound of one Ingolf Bucheister (alias Babucarr Bojang).
