Gambia: Rape Case Adjourned for Judgement

Justice Emmanuel Nkea of the Special Criminal Court in Banjul recently adjourned the rape case involving one Bakary Sambou for judgment.

When the case was called, the state counsel announced his representation for the state, while the defence counsel from the Legal Aid announced her representation for the accused, Bakery Sambou.
