Ethiopia: Federal Judge Sees No Merit in Liquidating National Consultants

A judge, presiding at the Third Civil Bench of the Federal First Instance Court, has saved a 44-year old private consulting firm from dissolution, in a ruling made on May 13, 2013.

The judge, Sentayehu Zeleke, found no reason to liquidate National Consultants Plc, when three shareholders of the firm petitioned his bench as part of legal complaints lodged in December 2012.
