Lubango — The deputy governor of southern Hula province for Social Affairs, Maria João Tchipalavela, Thursday in Lubango, southern Huila province, defended the drafting of National Bio-fuel Programmes based on practices that ensure a sustainable, lasting and clean production, with a view to the country's development.
The official was speaking at the opening of the Seminar on the National Strategy and Law on Bio-fuels gathering provincial directors, municipal administrators, youth and academic associations.
