Liberia: Gov't Urged to Restrict Juvenile Riding Commercial Motorcycles

Several citizens of Sinoe County including youth, have called on the Government of Liberia (GoL) through the Liberia National Police (LNP),to form a partnership with the Liberia Motorcycle Transport Union (LMTU) to institute a measure aimed at stopping children of school going ages from ridding commercial motorbikes, especially during school hours.

They noted that the number of under age children ridding commercial motorbikes in the rural areas is too high and that Sinoe County is no exception to this.
