Kenya: Outrage As Shops Near Moi Hospital Flattened

Traders operating outside Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Eldoret yesterday staged protests after bulldozers flattened kiosks and shops.

The hospital administration claimed the kiosks had been illegally put up near the facility and the CEO John Kibosia gave the Uasin Gishu County government the greenlight to demolish the structures.
