Nigeria: Vulnerable Children - Who Speaks for Them?

Vulnerable children are usually treated with disdain due to rising number of immorality even among the elites in the society. In this report, CHIKA OKEKE examines their plight and reports that there is need for the government and stakeholders to urgently address the anomalies.
