The conduct of surveyors in Liberia in handling properties related matters has enraged Supreme Court Associate Justice Phillip A.Z. Banks, as he questioned if surveyors here had the benefit of elementary education.
"Sometimes you surveyors' reports, they are so badly written; they make no sense, they are inconsistent and it leads you to wonder if they had the benefit of elementary education. Their reports, so badly written, unsound in conclusions..," said Justice Banks.
