Angola: Govt, Russian Diamond Companies Sign Development Accord

Luanda — The Angolan state diamond company (Endiama) and its Russian counterpart of Alrosa signed on Thursday here a development accord that comprises prospecting and research in some diamond areas, Angop has learnt.

Under the accord, each firm has 50 per cent, being that it was signed by Endiama's CEO, Carlos Sumbula, and Fedor Andreev for Alrosa.
