Lilongwe — The Norwegian Ambassador to Malawi, Asbjørn Eidhammer says his country is committed to promoting permaculture projects in schools as one way of mitigating the effects of climate change in the country.
Speaking when he presided over Open Day Activities organised to showcase what five primary schools from Lilongwe and five others from Gweru, Zimbabwe at Chatuwa primary school in Lilongwe are doing in conserving the environment, Eidhammer said it is important that pupils are in the forefront in implementing agriculture projects.
