Ghana: Contractors in Court Over Land Fraud

A building contractor and two others are awaiting trial at an Accra Circuit Court for allegedly defrauding the Human Resourced Manageress of the Adenta Filling Station of a total amount of GH¢21,000 under the pretext of securing her a plot of land.

Jacob Kwasi Manu, building contractor, Andy A. Agboglah, building contractor and Chris Hesse, a businessman, allegedly took monies from the complainant on different occasions with the excuse of processing documents on the plot of land.
