Despite the shifting of the Special National Convention of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to August, former members of the National Working Committee (NWC) who resigned because of the Independent National Electoral Commission's (INEC) report which said their election is not acceptable, were said to have picked their nomination forms to contest election at the convention.
Also, the former national organising secretary of PDP between 2008 to 2012, Prince Uche Secondus, has picked form to contest for the office of the deputy national chairman of the party.
