Liberia: 'Security Key to Genuine Peace'

The Economic and Political Counselor at the United States Embassy near Monrovia said security and a responsive justice system are major prerequisites for genuine peace and reconciliation in Liberia.

Mr. Christian De Angelis, said if Liberia must have genuine peace and stability, it is important for the root causes of the civil conflict to be addressed and a way forward be suggested.
