TWO US presidents and their wives on Tuesday held an improbable meeting in Dar es Salaam.Over the last five years, neither George W. Bush nor Barack Obama has had much good to say about each other, which is utterly normal when the president come from different parties.
So it's all the more intriguing that Obama and Bush met briefly on Tuesday in Tanzania, 7,900 miles outside of Washington, to lay a wreath at a sombre occasion in memory of the 11 people killed in the 1998 al-Qaeda bombing of the US Embassy in Dar es Salaam.
