Nigeria: FG Didn't Approve Scrapping of Agencies - Presidency

The Federal Government says it has not approve the White Paper report suggesting scrapping of eight agencies of the 220 recommended by the Stephen Oronsaye-led Presidential Committee on the Rationalization and Restructuring of Federal Government Parastatals, Commissions and Agencies.

Special Adviser to the president on media Reuben Abati told journalists in Abuja Monday that media report that the presidency had given such approval was speculative, saying there was no such decision yet.
