Rwanda: City Dwellers Commit to Keep Liberation Momentum

Kigali CITY dwellers believe that after the country was liberated from the clutches of a genocidal regime, dealing with socio-economic and development challenges is still a frontline they are ready to do battle at.

In various neighbourhood where they gathered to commemorate the 19th anniversary of the country's liberation, city residents made commitments such as building houses for the needy neighbours and contributions towards public infrastructure development.
