Tanzania: State Engages New Medical Workers

THE ministry of Health and Social Welfare is set to register a dramatic improvement in the provision of health services following the employment of 9,391 medical practitioners this financial year.

The achievement has lowered the previous deficit pegged at 65 per cent in 2006 but currently brought down to 47 per cent, meaning that the performance level has improved to 53 per cent.
