Kenyan, 21, Shot Dead By Gang in U.S.

Police in America are investigating the brutal murder of a 21-year-old Kenyan man in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Ian Butiya Juma was shot by unknown gunmen on June 29 at about 10pm as he walked home.

He was rushed to St Lukes Hospital in Bethlehem by good Samaritans and was pronounced dead at midnight. A candle light vigil by his friends was held on Tuesday.

Meanwhile another 21-year-old Kenyan drowned during a family party last Saturday in Tacoma, Washington DC.Morgan Njoroge was in a group of about 10 Kenyans who went to Long Beach for the party.

The group noticed he was missing after going under a wave.They raised an alarm and the Coast Guard and rescue volunteers searched for him but the rescue mission bore no fruits.

His body was recovered last Monday on the Long Beach Peninsula shores.
