Nigeria: Cooking Gas Scarcity Hits Market - Senate Intervenes

Lagos — The ongoing dispute between the Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas (NLNG) and Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency(NIMASA) has caused scarcity of Liquified Petroleum Gas otherwise called cooking gas in the country.

As a result of the dispute, the NLNG which is the major supplier of the LPG for domestic market has not be able to supply the product in the last 12 days.
