Nigeria: Immigration Repatriates 387 Nigeriens From Jigawa

Dutse — The Jigawa State Immigration Command yesterday repatriated 387 Nigeriens from the state for allegedly entering the country illegally.

This was disclosed by the state's Immigration Comptroller, Abubakar Aliyu Bamalli. He said the operation code named "Flush out" is in line with the ministerial directive regarding the present security challenges facing the country. He said in the first phase of the operation which was flagged off last week, his men arrested 55 Nigeriens in Dutse/Birnin-Kudu, 109 in Kazaure/Babura, 37 in Ringim/Kafin-Hausa and Auyo, 84 in Guri, Malam madori, Birniwa and Kiri Kasama.
