A COURT ruling which cast uncertainty over the use of breathalyser alcohol testing devices in Namibia early this year could be heading to the High Court for an appeal hearing if the State gets its way.
The State has applied for leave to appeal against a far-reaching ruling on the use of breathalysers in Namibia which Magistrate Gaynor Poulton delivered in the Swakopmund Regional Court in January this year.
