Nigeria: Jonathan Urges African Leaders to Look Inwards for Solutions to HIV/Aids

As African leaders converge in Abuja to brainstorm on how to find useful solution to the disease, President Goodluck Jonathan Monday appealed to his peers to exploit local means of tackling not only HIV but also tuberculosis, malaria and other related infectious diseases.

Jonathan made the appeal in Abuja at the opening of the Abuja+12, Special Summit of the AU on HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.
