Ghana: Alleged Polling Station Lists Were Part of the Declaration - EC Boss

The Chairman of the Electoral Commission (EC), Dr. Kwadwo Afari-Gyan has confirmed to the Supreme Court hearing the election petition that a list of polling stations that petitioners claim were duplicated in the December 2012 Presidential election, were part of the declaration of results by the commission.

Dr. Afari-Gyan, under cross-examination yesterday, told the court, presided over by Justice William Atuguba that some of the polling stations in the petitioners' list were used for special voting exercise.
