Super Eagles Head Coach, Stephen Keshi has said his team return leg match in the qualifiers for the African Nations Championship against Ivory Coast will be a game that will be determined by the character of the two teams.
Keshi, who was speaking at a media interaction in Abuja yesterday, said the Super Eagles will win the battle of Abidjan, as he does not see the Ivorians turning the table against the Eagles, who were 4-1 better than their visitors in the first leg two weeks ago.
Though he said he is not underrating his opponent, he is confident that with the time frame available for him to work on the players, the Eagles will definitely come out the better side.
"Every African match is tough and difficult, everything about it is crazy, from the fans, all the frustrations by the host, so you have to put everything in you into it, just be focused and calm, you will carry the day, and this is what we are taking to Ivory Coast.
"Though we won with a good score line in the first leg, I want my players to play better than they did in the first leg in Kaduna, I have no fear we will come out the better side," Keshi explained.
The team according to him, will jet out of the country on July 25 with the players that will make the all important trip for the July 27 clash.
