Angola to Debut At Swimming World Cup On Sunday

Luanda — Angola will make its debut at the world championship of swimming with the swimmers Ana Nóbrega and João Matias, next Sunday, in Barcelona, (Spain), Angop has learnt.

The competition started on Friday.

Ana Nóbrega will swim in the 100 metres, whereas Matia is to swim in 50 metres, says the head of the Angolan delegation, Ana Lima, the Vice chairwoman of the swimming federation.

Angola will compete again through Yara Lima, in the 200 metres and the late day by Pedro Pinotes, in 200 metres styles.

On August 01, Angola will participate with Ana Nóbrea -100 metres, Yara Lima, 50 metres and João Matias, 100 metres.

Pinotes closes Angola's participation on August 04, in 400 metres styles.
