Namibia: Zambian Business Guru to Open Expo

Namibia SME Expo '13 will be opened by Zambian business leader, Patrick Chisanga.

Chisanga is chairman of Air Namibia (Zambia) Ltd and is an advisor to Kongola Copper Mines Ltd, the largest copper mining house in Zambia and to Vedanta Zinc Mines in Namibia, better known as Skorpion Zinc.

Beyond his homeland, Zambia, Chisanga is known for corporate governance work. He is a member of the Global Corporate Governance Forum Private Sector Advisory Group of the World Bank and a former director of The Commonwealth Association of Corporate Governance (CACG).

Patrick Chisanga is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors of Zambia and has served as the organization's president for three terms. A past chairman of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in Zambia and past vice chairman of the Economics Association of Zambia, he also holds a fellowship with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators United Kingdom. A graduate of the London School of Accountancy, professionally Chisanga is accredited by the Zambia Institute of Certified Accountants.

Namibia SME Expo '13 will be opened by Chisanga on Wednesday 31 July at 15:00.
