Egypt: Official - 20 Killed, 177 Injured in Cairo's Nasr City

At least 20 people were killed and 177 were injured in clashes that erupted early Saturday between supporter of deposed Islamist President Mohamed Mursi and the security forces, according to the health ministry as reported by the state news agency.

The violence erupted in the early hours of Saturday between the security forces and Mursi loyalists in Cairo's Nasr City district near their sit-in at the Rabaa al-Adawia Mosque.

The makeshift field hospital of the sit-in had reported that at least 75 were killed and nearly thousand were injured in the clashes.
