An official said on Sunday that the death toll of the violent confrontations which erupted during the early hours of Saturday by the Rabaa al-Adaweya Mosque has increased to 72 people, reported the state news agency.
The state news agency also reported the medical source as saying that about 292 people have been wounded in the confrontations while 381 is the number of injuries across the country.
