Gambia: President Jammeh to Commission Banjul Jetty Tomorrow

The president of the Republic, His Excellency Sheikh Professor Alhaji Dr Yahya AJJ Jammeh will tomorrow, Wednesday officially inaugurate the Banjul Fisheries Jetty, a dispatch from the Ministry of Fisheries and Water Resources has stated.

According to the release, the Ministry in collaboration with The Gambia Ports Authority has extended an invitation to the general public to grace the occasion.

The commissioning which will start at 9:00am, it added, is part of activities marking the 19th anniversary of the July 22nd Revolution.
