Ghana: Commissioner of Insurance Meets Industry Experts

The Commissioner of Insurance of the National Insurance Commission (NIC) Miss Lydia Lariba Bawa has called for support, collaboration, cooperation and mutual relationship between the Commission and Insurance Companies.

The call was made during Miss Bawa's first meeting with Chief Executive Officers and Managing Directors of Insurance Companies, since her appointment as Commissioner by H.E. President John Dramani Mahama.

She assured the Insurance experts of an open-door policy, indicating her readiness for interaction to elevate the industry to greater heights.

The President of the Ghana Insurers Association, Mr. Kwame Gazo Agbenyadzie gave a promise to the Commissioner that the Association was committed to supporting and cooperating with her to propel the industry forward.
