Angola: Judges and Lawyers Discuss Process of Constitutionality

Luanda — A meeting, aimed at discussing the constitutionality process, according to Angolan legislation, gathered on Tuesday, judges of the Constitutional Court (TC) and lawyers in Luanda.

Led by the chairperson of Constitutional Court, the session analysed issues related to the appeal of unconstitutionality, responsibility of courts and operators in inspection process of constitutionality, in the perspective of guaranteeing the citizens' fundamental rights.
