Over one hundred delegates are expected to be part of this crucial elective congress out of which seventy-three (73) will comprise of delegates from the twenty-two (22) first and second division league clubs, regional football associations, and the other elite associations. Each of the league clubs has one voting right, each of the four elite affiliated associations has two votes, while 21 votes will be from the regional football associations. Mustapha Kebbeh, speaking at a press conference this week, said he is ready to bring credibility, justice, and fair play into the game. Kebbeh has also confirmed that Buba Janneh of Bombada FC, who goes by his sobriquet Star, will serve as his first vice presidential candidate. Kebba Touray of Gamtel/Gamcel FC also known as KK, will contest for the second vice presidency position while Basirou Bajo of Brikama United FC will be vying for the position of the third vice president.
