Nigeria Begins Troops Withdrawal From Mali

The withdrawal begins on Wednesday.

Nigeria has begun withdrawing most of her troops from Mali, military spokesman, Chris Olukolade, said on Tuesday.

The troops withdrawal will commence on Wednesday.

Nigeria had indicated her decision to pull out most of her troops from the West African country, in a letter by President Goodluck Jonathan to the ECOWAS Chairman and Ivorian president.
