A Cairo court has endorsed that former Prime Minister Hisham Kandil be sentenced to one year in prison and removed from his post for failing to enforce a court order during his post.
A court sentenced the PM of the now-ousted Islamist president to one year in prison in April for failing to abide by a court order that annulled the privatization of Tanta's flax company.
