Employers are being urged to support breastfeeding mothers to ensure infant survival and overall health.Launching the World Breastfeeding week in the country, Fred Sigor, principal secretary in the ministry of health also emphasized that HIV positive women should exclusively breastfeed and still take their ARV drugs.This years theme is breastfeeding support: close to mothers.
