Tunisia: B'hiri - Government Continues Activities Until Finalisation of Consultations Between Political Parties

Tunis — The cabinet meeting announced, Wednesday, that it continues its activities until the finalisation of dialogue and consultations between the political parties.

Mr. Nourredine B'hiri, Minister Adviser to Prime Minister said at the end of the cabinet meeting that dialogue is the only way to face the difficulties and that the problems of the country regardless of their gravity can not be resolved by demonstrations in the street.

"The meeting adopted a set of political decisions and technical measures to be implemented by the specialised parties", he also said.

"Tunisia faces today a major terrorist threat," Mr. B'hiri cautioned, by harshly criticising media which broadcast photos of the massacre in Mount Chaanbi which are likely to undermine the moral of the army and the security forces, he said.
