Maputo — Mozambican President Armando Guebuza on Tuesday appointed new diplomatic representatives to Sri Lanka and Sao Tome and Principe.
Through a presidential dispatch, it was announced that Domingos Estevao Fernandes is the next ambassador to Sao Tome and Principe.
Jose Maria da Silva Vieira Morais will be the High Commissioner to Sri Lanka.
