Morocco: President Obama Hails Morocco's Role As a Valuable Strategic Ally of USA

Rabat — US President Barack Obama praised Morocco's role "as a valuable strategic ally of the USA" in a congratulations message to HM King Mohammed VI on the throne day (July 30).

On the occasion of this national day, we appreciate Morocco's role as a valuable strategic ally of the United States, devoted to peace and long-term stability, supported by democratic reforms, the US Chief executive writes in his message.

President Obama also expressed, on behalf of the American people, heartfelt congratulations as Morocco marked this July 30 the 14th anniversary of the enthronement of HM King Mohammed VI.
