Luanda — The Cabinet Council's Social Policy Commission Thursday in Luanda analysed the state of implementation of the deliberations and recommendations from its 3rd ordinary session, having noted progresses.
The information is contained in a note released at the end of the meeting that went under the chair of the vice president, Manuel Domingos Vicente.
According to the note that reached Angop, the 4th Ordinary Session of the Social Policy of the Cabinet Council, also analysed the report on the visits paid by the group to the southern provinces of Huila and Namibe.
The visits were intended to assess the social needs of the populations, the level of physical implementation of the social projects under the 2013 Public Investment Programme (PIP) and the institutional articulation among the provincial governments and the ministerial
departments in the implementation of sectoral projects designed by the Executive.
During the meeting, the members of the Social Policy Commission reviewed the report on the state of implementation of the main measures and tasks for this year, based on the National Development Plan and the Executive Programme.
