Lisbon — Sixteen Angolans are attending a doctorate course in various specialties at the Higher Institute of Tropical Medicine (IHMT), in Lisbon (Portugal), under a deal long signed by Angolan Government.
The information was transmitted to the Health minister, José Van-Dúnem, during his visit to the IHMT, as part of his trip to Portugal meant for the reinforcement of existing bilateral cooperation.
