The Chairman for the Coalition to Combat Impunity and Protect National Resources (COCIPNAL), Emmanuel Gonquoi, says the recent indictment of the Liberia Bank for Development and Investment (LBDI) requires an immediate apology from the Government of Liberia.
Mr. Gonquoi made the statement at a press conference yesterday in a local hotel in Monrovia.
