Western Sahara: Polisario Political Organization Secretariat Launches 20 May Website

Chahid Al Hafed — Secretariat of the Political Organization of the Polisario Front has launched a web page for 20 May Magazine, while maintaining its written edition which will focus more on thought and analysis, a source of the Secretariat told SPS.

"The move aims to expand the scope of the magazine, and to update it in daily basis in a way that coups with the relevant national and international developments. It also comes to consolidate the Saharawi presence on the internet and to interact with Saharawi people's struggle in various locations of the national action," said the source.

"The magazine opens the door for all the Saharawi intellectuals and sympathizers to contribute to the establishment of this new media edifice, and to boost it to the aspirations and ambitions of our people," he added.

"Talking about it is to talk about the mouthpiece of the Frente Polisario, and delving into its history is to delve into a march of struggle by pen and word," confirmed Mr. Bachir Mustapha Sayad, Head of the Polisario Political Organization Secretariat, in an interview with Essahra Elhorra Newspaper.

"20 May has reflected the general image of the national condition, political developments and the stages of armed struggle," he added.
