Kenya: Athletics - the Kenyan Ezekiel Kemboi World Champion in the 3000m Steeplechase

Kenyan victory over the 3000m steeplechase at the World Athletics Championships.

Ezekiel Kemboi dominated the race in 8min 06s 01. Author of a final round of madness in 2min 34s 07, the Kenyan overflew the test. He beat his compatriot Kipruto Conseslus arrived with a time of 8min 06s 37.

It is the French of Algerian origin Mahiedine Mekhissi-Benabbad who also finished on the podium in 08min 07s 86.
