Aviation Minister Abdel-Aziz Fadel said on Friday that air traffic in Egyptian airports is normal.
Fadel noted that the airports recorded 233 flights carrying 21,000 passengers.
The ministry had made contacts with security bodies to allow passengers move from and to the airport during the curfew times, the minister said.
He hailed workers in the Cairo airport for keenness on regulating the flights.
He also gave instructions to exempt passengers from late penalties due to troubles in road traffic.
