Nigeria: FG Inaugurates Committee On Repatriation of 234 Radio Active Materials

The federal government has inaugurated an inter-agency committee to help in the repatriation of two hundred and thirty four (234) legacy Radio-active materials in Ajaokuta Steel Company (ASC) imported by Tyazpromexport (TPE) of the defunct Soviet Union between 1983 and 1988.

The Committee was inaugurated by the Minister of Mines and Steel Development (MMSD), Mr Musa Mohammed Sada represented by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Linus Awute in Abuja.
