Kano — Kano state taskforce committee on private schools yesterday stated that out of over 4000 existing private schools in the state only 735 were duly registered with the committee which makes the operation of over 3265 illegal, chairman of the taskforce Baba Umar told newsmen in Kano.
Speaking during a press briefing, Baba Umar stated that the committee required the existing private schools in the state to obtain forms from the committee for registration, according to him only 735 schools did which makes other operating privates schools illegal.
