Namibia: Construction Starts On New Agra Branch

Windhoek — Construction work has started on the new Agra branch in Windhoek's Lafrenz industrial area. In order to accommodate the constant and substantial growth in market share, Agra has acquired four erven totalling 25 539 square metres for the new development. Once the building is complete, the overall development represents an investment of more than N$100 million. The Agra branch in the Auas Valley Shopping Mall Complex will remain.

Initially 5 400 square metres comprising the retail shop, warehousing, office and administration will be constructed under one roof, while parking facilities, loading ramps and an extensive yard for products like fencing materials and water tanks will be provided.
