SAP Africa, the developer of enterprise application software, has been recognised as Africa's best place to work by Top Employers Institute accreditors. SAP also secured first place in the 'Overall Top Employer Africa' category and 'Industry IT Top Employer', South Africa category.
The institution's review required participating companies to meet stringent research criteria in order to receive certification. Samantha Crous, regional director Africa & Benelux Top Employers Institute said SAP Africa offers a wide range of creative initiatives in terms of secondary benefits, good working conditions, and performance-management programmes.
"Optimal employee conditions ensure that people develop themselves personally and professionally," Samantha said.
